This is my first attempt at my homemade satin & tulle bouquets. This one is only 5 flowers, and I'm planning on using 8 for the BMs and 12 for mine so they'll be much bigger. Also, I'm going to try alternating colors in each flower to add depth and replace cheap-looking pipecleaners with actual green wire...but that will be my next attempt. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with my skill progress. Constructing the actual bouquet gave me great insight into logistics. I'm excited for the next round!!

Pug would love the artichoke bouquet. I had a toss bouquet and a real one. All of the bouquets/bouts were assemble by my BM and BFF with roses and a couple of mixed bouquets from Costco (preordered roses). My lily of the valley was ordered from Grower's Box. (L:BM bouquet, Center: My bouquet, R: Toss bouquet)

I presently have no idea what I'm going to do. Some past ideas have included:

Love the fullness, the warm colors.
I also love ejs' flowers, but I won't post the pic I got from her so she can have her own fun!
@starbright - that bouquet is seriously drool worthy, soooo pretty!
Here's my inspiration!

Here's mine. It's the same bouquet but a bit bigger and a tad of lightest coral color in with the lighter pink. I'm possibly adding a swarovski brooch in a contrasting color once the dress is chosen in case it's gold. it's almost finished! The design artist said it will be done soon and I'm excited! Love it!
how about a brooch bouquet? i saw an AMAZING one in a european bridal magazine but i can't find it anywhere online. i love this one, though!
@bellenga...WOW that is BEAUTIFUL. and SO IS YOUR MACAW!
@Jenn: Thanks so much! I always wanted a forever bouquet. We're getting married in FL so it fits! My macaw is Elvis. He's right behind me right now!
I second starbright333's boquet! I'll try to recreate it with flowers I can find in Oct. Thank you girl for posting that picture on the gallery! I love wildflowers too! That boquet is simply gorgeous!
@bellenga...aw my FI has wanted a macaw for so long...particularly a military or a blue and gold. for now, our flock consists of just my blue fronted amazon. :)
I love the garden roses in the first pic Lemilie!
I'm having garden roses at the reception! Since I'm not doing a real bouquet for me, I wanted "my" flower there somehow!
The bm's are going to have shell bouquets too!
I've posted these already in a different thread, but I'll post again
@starbright - In my opinion there is nothing more pretty then wild flowers! I wish i could use them as i had planned but somehow i managed to get a fancier venue, and a fancy dress! Lol. I especially love the feel the daiseys give.
@bellenga - That is so creative! I haven't seen a bouquet like that before. The shells are actually pretty subtle and the bouquet still looks elegant to me.
I'm going for lots of purples... love these!
Ladies these are all beautiful!
I am meeting with potential florsits in about 2 weeks and you have given me so many great ideas.
I still want to try to incorporate hydrangeas but I have heard they are very thirsty and would probably be better for the centerpieces than my bouquet.
Here is my inspiration. Instead of the cala lilies Im using tiger lilies. Maybe both, not sure.
This is my insipration pic and we'll be adding blue dendrobium orchids to mine as well..
The Enchanted Florist in Old Town is great. They are very nice, and I always pick up my house ferns there on my way home from work. The artichoke is fabulous.
I ended up using Holly Heider Chapple for her proximity to my venue and she did a gorgeous job...
I have no idea what mine is going to look like..I gave my florist free range for my wedding, told her my colours, and gave her a price. Kaboom! We'll see what comes out of it.
Here is my inspiration for my bouquet, I love it

I want something really bright and loose. Here are some inspiration photos.

I am really not a big fan of flowers. So I am doing a very small bouquet... plus SO is allergic to anything really green. So I just wanted something small and nothing heavy.
I am gonna change up the ribbion with a light steely blue and add some cameo danglies.
Great post y'all! Here are my main inspirations for my bouquets(and colors ;-))

And here they are! Photos courtesy Stacy Reeves!

this is what the florist and I put together for the BMs. Mine will be very similar only it will have lime green orchids and berries.
I'm having simply yellow/white gerber daisies wrapped in black/white polka dot ribbon. This is my inspiration but of course larger:
Every single one of these bouquets is gooooorgeous!
Here's the inspiration for mine (without roses or the cascade, and smaller):

My inspiration was this common pic. I'm planning on adding in a few little flowers and maybe one or two big ones in the middle-ish...
Is it okay to post a link if i think there's alot of inspiration? http://www.flowerspdx.com/weddings.php#images_weddings2/1.jpg
That's where most of my inspiration in my flower folder came from! Lol

This bouquet above, but with peach garden roses, white hydrangea and a few other purple flowers... This color scheme below.
