Yes I’d love it! Really cute idea by the way! I’m a big fan of wedding favors that are actually useful such as this one. 🙂

I can’t beleive people are saying no to this one, this is one of the few favors I have seen that I would actually like to get. I guess if you weren’t a drinker it wouldn’t be the best favor but its still cute

Well I guess I will be the only one that is honest.  I think something like this is tacky.  I would probably take it home and toss it in a drawer.  I don’t want something like this or something with someones name on it or with their picture on it.   This is a favor.   If you are going to do them, do them right.  I don’t know what your area is like but I will let you know what we are doing.  We are having a photobooth.  Everyone will get a sleeve and take home their pictures with whom ever they want and as many as they want.  We are also doing flip flops for the ladies.  I hate having to bring my own for my dancing shoes.  I am not saying this is fo everyone but I think the people I am inviting will appreciate this more.  This bottle opener is just not practical.  Besides most people already have these at home if they wanted one. Sorry to me so mean 🙁   just want to be honest.

@shannie11:  Ack! I’m never really the person to call others out on their rudeness… but I’m pretty sure that calling somebody’s ideas “tacky” isnt the best choice. Sure, you may not like the idea… but don’t go around calling things tacky. Its quite hurtful. I’m sure you could have thought about it a tad longer and found a politer way to say you didn’t like it.

I wouldn’t use it. Husband and I have a churchkey bottle opener and it works just fine.

It would go in a drawer and never see the light of day again.

Is it a cute idea? Absolutely.

Is it a practical one? Not really.

@HisNightOwl2014:  I would never use these as a favor because they aren’t my style, but I this is something that I would keep in my kitchen for a few years. I also save favors like this and return them to the bride and groom on (perhaps) their 5 year anniversary with a photo I took at their wedding and a nice handwritten note. I think these favors are a good idea.

@shannie11:  Rude much?? Some people don’t like photobooths.. personally a photobooth wouldn’t work so well at my wedding (For various reasons). I PERSONALLY wouldn’t use this favor (because I don’t drink beer or anything that requires a bottle opener) but I clicked yes because I think it is really cute! You just have to look and see if it fits who you are inviting and whether they would use it. I am also curious what it is made out of? I went to a wedding recently and they had metal bookmarks (which are cute and super practical) but they were super low quality. Like they weren’t actually silver metal they were spray painted and within days it started chipping and it was super flimsy.

At first I said would have said no (I don’t need a random silver key).  But, after you said they were bottle openers, I say yes.  I wouldn’t take this home with me if I didn’t know it was a bottle opener so maybe you could put a little note on a tag or something (unless it’s already on the box)?

Cute and goes with your theme.

As far as wedding favors go, this is probably the best idea I’ve seen yet.  However, I’m typically in the camp that believes favors are pretty much a waste of money.  With that said, I’m sure many of your guests would use it!  I’d put it in a drawer and use it!
