What a cool thing to do! Has it been expensive getting her to sew all of that? I love how you kept the layers as well, just added a little spice here and there.
my seamstress has been really reasonable...it's less than what some women pay to just have their dresses hemmed and taken in!
That's awesome! I am also having someone make my dress...but from scratch...I love how you posted pictures of the transformation! That's lovely!

my dress deserves more attention! my seamstress is doing a beautiful job!! I cannot say enough about her. She's frickin amazing!! I have to show the progress my dress has had!
Starting from the beginning...
And this past Monday night:
what she did: reshaped the top and added cups. She added the last tier and my train.
what still needs to be done: add lace to top. line the top with more lace. fix tier lengths. make crinoline skirt. round the train. bustle it.
I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT!!!!
