1. Breathe!

2. Drink lots of water (good for you all around)

3. Sunscreen and moisturizer (protect your skin from the stress/dryness of travel)

4. Eat fruits, veggies, and lean protein (keep your immune system strong)

5. Enjoy your wedding day with your Fiance and loved ones

OMG how exciting!! Thank goodness everything has worked out for you! Where in SC are you getting married?? It’s a BEAUTIFUL state (which is why I moved here!).

Don’t eat the crappy airplane food, buy a salad or some real food (whatever you’ll find at the airport will still be better than what they give you in the plane, it’s overloaded with salt because apparently your tate buds don’t work well in altitude).

Looots of water

Get samples of your beauty routine (cream, facial soap, whatever you usually use) to use in the plane’s bathroom before and/or after landing

Enjoy every second of it!!
