I Love it. You are original and full of life. I am in awe. To the bride, I am hoping to get married at Old St. Hilary’s. My fiance’ has been married before and has a 21 year old daughter. Even though the divorce took place 15 years ago, he cannot get married in the Catholic Church. The great thing about OSH is it used to be a catholic church. We love it as an option. I was wondering if you have any advice about the venue or if you would mind recommending your judge / officiant? We are looking for someone special!

These are seriously gorgeous and there are no words for how much I’m loving your ceremony site. The red door! You must be so pleased with the way everything turned out. 🙂

We are getting married at OSH’s church.  We booked there for a lot of reasons, (mostly just because we love it) but it was definitely our big splurge.  The cost of the church rental is expensive, plus the deposit, joining the historic society, the recommended insurance AND the fact that you have to pay extra for the rehearsal rental.  AND you have to pay for the shuttle (and only from approved vendors).  And there are a million restrictions (no aisle runner, balloons, petals, rice, seeds, food, drink, etc etc etc).

Logistically its been a pain trying to coordinate everything, but in the end we just love the church and the flipside is our reception site is very easygoing and inclusive (Servino in downtown Tiburon).

We’re getting married in 19 days, so we’ll let you know how it goes!
