We just received 6 bridesmaids dresses a few days ago that we had ordered about 7 weeks ago from mybridaldress.com. We are so disappointed 🙁  One was damp and moldy all over and smelled like rotten fish. The others have major issues with the bodice. The boning is sticking up way too far and you can actually see it along the top of the dress and the boning also goes down too far into the waist. It makes it look very disproportionate. All dresses had boning except for the one with the mold, and it the dress without the boning actually looked the best. I will say that the material is fantastic and really good quality and the color is just what I wanted. We have emailed them and I’ll update you on what I find out as soon as I get a response.

Just an update – We contacted mybridaldress.com by email and told them how disappointed we were and asked what they could do for us. They offered to remake 3 of the 6 dresses, at which point we replied back that all of them would need to be remade. It has been close to a week and we have not heard back. We sent them another email 2 days ago asking them to please respond and we still have not heard anything. We are giving them 2 more days to respond before filing a dispute with our credit card and with Paypal. I’ll update again when I get more info.

 

*Also wanted to add that the main flaw of the dresses is that the whole dress is shifted downward. The bust appears to be where the waist should be. It looks very odd and disproportionate. One of the dresses is also lopsided. One is too small and two of them are too big.

I ordered my wedding dress from mybridaldress.com on 3/30/2011. I did standard shipping which said it would have my dress to me within 15 to 20 days.

It is now 4/25/2011 and i’m shaking in my boots. They don’t have a customer service telephone number and that makes me nervous. Everytime I check my order status online it just says “processing”. They only communicate via email and they take days to respond. I was told i’d have my dress by 5/3/2011.

I’m waiting to see how this will turn out but i’m honest sorry I ordered from them. I cant call and speak to anyone, I don’t have a tracking number, and i’m afraid that i won’t get my dress in time for my wedding.

I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I really think you should try http://www.fushopping.com (I know, the name is hilarious) I think they have more credibility since they are the sponsors of several pageants and the company even though it is chinese, it is established as a company in America. Hope it helps!
