I'm usually really good at this game. There are always identifying factors, ie: model, backdrop, etc... But this time I''m stumped! Goodluck
I think it's the Pronovias Oleaje. It's a 2007 style, though, so I don't know if you can still get it new.
I'm pretttty sure that it is Pronovias but not positive...that dress was actually one of my top contenders, but it was a while since I tried dresses on!

@GonnaBMrsB - ooh one more question...where did you find that photo? I'd love the link...I've been looking everywhere for a photo of that dress in champagne for my dress search post that I'm doing, since I wasn't allowed to take photos in the shop!
