I find vitamin E oil amazing!! I have really dry cuticles and nails, they are always cracking.

You’d probably get the quickest results using an oil (vitamin e, like PPs suggested, or olive oil works too), and then following up with a really waxy balm (first one that comes to mind is the Burt’s Bees lemon cuticle balm) to seal in the moisture.  Be sure to wet/wash your hands before you begin because wet skin is the most absorbent!  I’d also do it twice a day, more if you have time/don’t have to use your hands too much during the day. 🙂

Vitamin E oil! Also keep your hands moisturized at all times.

Use a cuticle oil like CND Solar Oil or OPI Avoplex cuticle oil to to. Those are two of my favs. Then seal that in with a thick cuticle cream like Lush Lemony Flutter. I also highly recommend NailTek advanced hydrating cream. The trick is to always keep your nails moisturized, even if youre just using a basic lotion. You can also push back your cuticles. Do NOT cut them. You can use a nail from your opposite hand to do it, or an orange stick/cuticle pusher. Just make sure you have some sort of oil or lotion on them when you do it. You could also use a product like OPI Avoplex exfoliating cuticle treatment.
