Hey guys,
Have a quick question.
I read somewhere that if you change your name w/in 12 months of getting or renewing your passport, you can get the name change for free.
So I went to the post office, and got the form, and it's a really vauge form - dosent' mention cost, doesn't ask for a lot of information.. just weird.
So I was wondering, is the 12 month rule true & does anyone know where you could go locally to talk to someone about it? A government office somewhere? Or does it have to be handled this way?
Thanks everyone~
