or does anyone know what the embellishments on the bottom are called? The extra fabric sewn on? Maybe I can find something similar if I can refine my search :-) Thanks!

I was perusing WB and found this dress on a fellow bees post. I tried finding it/ reverse searching it, but its a personal photo (I edited for her privacy). I did PM her and I hope she gets back to me, but hasn't been on the bee in over 5 months. I am travelling this weekend to visit a friend and she wants to go shopping for for shower/rd dresses (we're both getting married), and I didn't expect to fall for this dress. I'd like to find it so I can enjoy the trip and not compare/be looking for this specific dress everywhere we go. please help me figure out what it is or something similar thats not $$$$!
