We are using Catering by Rosemary.  We had our tasting this weekend, and everything was fabulous!  Plus, they do all of the events at the University of Texas Alumni Center and Texas State History Museum, so you know they are very dependable.  Here is the website:  http://www.therkgroup.com/CateringByRosemary/index.htm
