@Sunshine09:  I have started a VitB complex this month due to my short luteal phase, but it is also supposed to help with hormones in general (and mood, energy, and memory, can’t beat that!). I also ordered some “Fertilitea” stuff that has Vitex and green tea in it to help with luteal phase and cervical fluid, respectively.  I am going to try to replace most of my coffee with the tea (which is why I decided on the tea instead of another pill.  I was going to take JUST the VitB, but was also wanting to cut down on my coffee intake).  And the tea has peppermint in it, which supposedly increases your sex drive…haha!

I have also been reading that extra Vitamin C and D can help too.

@Sunshine09:  If I were you, I’d be skeptical of those types of claims.  Check to see if there’s any actual scientific evidence to back it up before plopping down the cash.  Eat healthy, exercise and you’ll be fine.  The “natural” supplement industry is mostly full of BS.

You can very quickly end up with some expensive urine!  And rest assured, that’s exactly where most water-soluble vitamin supplements will end up.
