Take the Unisom and B6... I still get bouts off and on as well, and I even threw up a couple of weeks ago (I'm 33 weeks). I am just going with my cravings still, like seedless watermelon and yogurt with granola and then the occasional ice cream bar. :)
I struggled with it during third trimester, but the big thing was drinking (even more) water. Now I can tell right away if I'm behind on water drinking because I get gaggy.
Oh, and managing my blood sugar better also helped. Ups and downs made me want to puke so I stopped drinking oj and made sure to add protein to any carbs, etc.
I'm so sorry you feel bad again!!
@StbHisMrs: I felt like I needed to share this with you because we are on the exact same time line. Yesterday I was hit with a ton of bricks. I was so nauseous the whole day. I was sweating, SO hot, couldn't get comfortable, swollen. I took three cold showers. I started feeling better, ate dinner, got in the shower and threw up EVERYWHERE. It's been the same way ever since. Screw you, third trimester.
I guess I felt I needed to share because it reassures me others are going through the same thing and maybe it will do the same for you :)
Just chiming in that I'm 29ish weeks and the nausea's back for me too :( I threw up the other night, and hadn't felt even the least bit sick since 16 weeks! I enjoyed the 2nd trimester honeymoon but I'm afraid its over now :(
On the other hand getting used to a very active little boy moving around next to my upset tummy is so strange!
I'll have to look into taking those, do you take them everyday or just when you feel bad?
Water and Coffee are my bestfriends, my Dr. ok'd the coffee in moderation.
It does help knowing others are in the same boat, it sucks though. I'm sorry you got so sick, hopefully it's subsided by now. I've heard that hot showers or baths can actually make it worse and make you throw up, that scares me. I live for my nightly bath, it's my ME time ;)
That would not be fun to get use to! Hope you feel better.
Poor girls. :( Nausea came back for me around week 32 (or 33?), as well. I hope all of you feel better soon. At the very least, just know that you feel much better in a couple months when you finally get that baby out!
Oh no! That's horrible :(
I'm at 35 wks and I will get random attacks of nausea but it usually passes. I have to be sure to stay out of the heat, hope you're able to do the same.

I feel like using the most annoying overused phrase to describe how I feel about this, but I will refrain ;) Let's just say I'm not happy.
It returned yesterday, my birthday and the first day of my 27th week, how do ya like that. It hit me while shopping at the World Market, cold sweat, and dizzy, felt like I was having an anxiety attack. Then it happened a few more times. And it's continuing today.
I sure hope this is short lived, it's not welcome!!! I can totally tell this is a girl, I had none of those symptoms with my son!!
Anyone else?
