My girls are wearing green, but I'm wearing "marine" as a friend's bridesmaid! It's from David's Bridal and it was only $99 (isn't she the best bride ever?)
Ewww please excuse my iPhone photo quality and my lack of make up haha...
As for shoes, the bride really wanted ivory/bone (which I think would have looked best) but had a hard time finding ones she loved for a good price. She then debated between pink (to match our bouquets) and navy. She eventually decided on the navy.
@juliaelizabeth3: I love that they have pockets AND were under $100!
This is mine, I cant post a picture. My BM are having black shoes, just to keep it simple
Sweet! I also chose Marine for my bridesmaid dresses! I think its an elegant wedding blue and perfect for my time of year, Fall! ;-)
My bridesmaids are wearing varying shades of blue, although four picked a navy tone. The other two picked more of an indigo colour. They're wearing red shoes and carrying red bouquets.

The first one I can't remember what store it's from, maybe Reitmans? Second one is from The Gap. Third is Overstock.com, and the last is from Target. I don't have photos of the other two just yet, but they're both darker blue/navy.
We are doing a "big no-no" and having the ladies wear black shoes. The men are wearing black tuxes with navy vests. So we are going all the way with black and navy (I know I know, don't hate me fashion police!!!)
We went with the "Sophia" dress from J.Crew. Super flattering and easy ordering/fast delivery. Double win! Haven't decided on accessories yet, but leaning towards gold or nude colored shoes.
@PinkSparkleGrl what is the big no with navy and black? Are they too ''classic'' colours to have close to each other??
Just curious I was planning on having balck shoes too for my girls, just because they are lokely to have them in their wardrobe etc

Just curious as I was planning on having balck shoes too for my girls, just because they are likely to have them in their wardrobe etc
I love the J. Crew dresses. However, I have a few bustier and plus sized girls, and J. Crew is not very friendly towards shapelier women. Although the girls may fit (obviously, I would never ask their sizes), I don't want to put them in an awkward position if they don't.
I'm also using navy bridesmaid dresses - I just found this one @ Davids Bridal and I'm actually in love with it! I just hope the material isn't super cheap looking when I go look at it :/
@nzbride I have been told by several people that it is a huge fashion faux pas to mix black and navy. Search the bee boards, you will see that there have been lengthy posts on if this is acceptable or not.
It was easy for us, so we went for it.
Any other ladies doing navy bridesmaids dresses? I'm trying desperately to find a strapless, knee length navy dress thats under $100. If I don't find it by February, my girls will wear Davids Bridal 83312:

Here's what I ended up doing. The designer is Alfred Sung. They're all wearing their own nude-colored shoes.
I am thinking of doing the Alfred sung dresses also, but in gray. I also love the idea of having them each choose their own style... can these dresses come in the same fabric? Will us choose the same fabric??
My girls are wearing different styles from David's Bridal in Marine. I am having them wear silver shoes.
here's the dress my girls are wearing, in navy :) It came to $176 which I didn't think was too bad! We're all wearing matching pink peep toes!
Booo I don't have a picture of them in the correct color yet, but this is it! They'll be navy with ivory trim instead of black and white...navy shoes and coral and peach peony bouquets!

Holy crap, so sorry for the HUGE picture. How do you make them smaller?!
@hb2334: My bridesmaids will all be wearing the midnight-colored silk dupioni fabric. The gray colors offered in the two fabrics are very different. I liked the dupioni better. Plus my wedding is in March, and the peau de soie seemed like more of a summery fabric, but I could be crazy.
@lioness: Those are the dresses my BM and I loved!! I think my colors are going to be Chocolate Brown and Aqua and DB doesn't have that color. :(

Show me yours! I'm having 7 bridesmaids, and would like to have everyone in a different dress. Also, what color shoes look best?
