My BM's dresses are also Navy! I plan on using alot of pinks in their bouquets! But, you can use greens, oranges, and yellows to make the navy really pop!! :)
Thanks everyone! Here are a few pictures I found that I am considering. Do any of them scream 'NO!' with navy/ivory?

I think these are your best choices, but it all comes down to what you LOVE:
- Hot Pink, Yellow, Shades of pale green, Orange, Ivory, & pale pink
I love it when the bride has the colorful flowers and the maids have the ivory - I think that would be pretty...

Silly me but I was thinking white flowers might be nice. Plus they will compliment your dress.
My girls dresses are navy, my bouq is ivory. My girls have a mix of white, blue, and yellow. Ive also seen orange/pink, green/white, yellow, ivory, they all look beautiful
I think navy and fushia is hot. So, I'm thinking the best option for you is the last bouquet you posted w/ more pink of course. ;) Something like what Querida posted.

My girls are wearing navy, too. Our flowers will be deep blue, deep purple, spring green, and pops of bright pink here and there.
Hmmm what color flowers will your bridal bouquet be? I think that white flowers look so amazing with a blue dress ...
Although I'm biased b/c my BMs are wearing navy, but I think it's really hard to go wrong with the navy. All of the suggestions from previous posts are really good!
Since you are getting married in DR I would consider local flowers (orchids perhaps if you want to keep your cost low) I love lime green with navy like the two first pictures you posted!
Love the idea of yellow! Or maybe red, for a darker pop of color?

I think something like this would be lovely with. I'm partial to orange as it's one of my colors. My BMs are going to be in blue as well, but peacock blue.

Our guys are wearing navy blue suits, and let me tell ya, the orange bouts look amazing up against the blue :)
My vote would be orange, or a mix of pinks and oranges. So pretty!
I hate the color pink but love navy so my BMs are wearing navy dresses with the guys in navy vests and ties. I'm getting married at christmas so we're doing ivory and red with holly accents.

We're getting married Oct 30 in the Dominican Republic on the beach. We'll make the majority of the planning decisions once we arrive, but there's one that already has me stumped! The BM dress is a navy blue color and mine is ivory. Any suggestions on what color flowers would look best?
