I live in the Pittsburgh area but I grew up near the PA/OH border

Buhlmansion.com is in Sharon, which could be close to you, honestly where mine would be if it were a bit bigger

Have you looked at Mill Creek Metro Parks in Youngstown, may be perfect for you

I know a few others but they would be about an hour and a half to two hours from you, if that’s cool I can share!

I’m a YTown/Akron area bee! The Mill Creek Rose Garden would have the garden part but no tent.

What city do you want to stay in? I remember another place I wanted our wedding at but it was too small. Trying to think of the name but it was a little further out from Akron/Cleveland..

I’m from that area (near Youngstown), maybe check out some of the wineries, there’s one in Aurora (I can’t remember the name) which had an absolutley stunning outdoor garden/wedding area.

MrsTywinLannister: Are you thinking of ThornCreek Winery? It looks beautiful. We actually have an appointment there this Thursday.

Found the place I was thinking of- http://www.meadowridgefarm.com/#!/Home

Could work for you if you add in a little of your own decor!

Also, the Holden Arboretum could be good for you.

we just had our wedding in cleveland on the east side.  if anyone would like our thoughts and experience with our venue and various vendors, private message us!  Oh, the stories we can tell!  it would have been nice to have someones hindsight to help us navigate the business of planning a wedding.

I’ve been to a wedding at The Mill Creek Rose Garden.  It was beautiful!  I’ve also been to a wedding at the Mooreland Mansion at Lakeland College.  It was nice as well and the ceremony was outside with a garden-y feel.  Reception was outside too with dancing on the patio.  I’m pretty sure that one was reasonably priced (it was a frugal family member who got married there).

That’s all I know of – I’m originally from Cleveland, but don’t live there anymore so I haven’t looked at any venues.  I only know the weddings I’ve been to there.
