Yes! A necklace with a drop pendant would look better with the sweetheart neckline. : (17 votes)

hyzenthlay:  I suggest you simply add a rhinestone drop clip on piece to the center of the necklace.

You can buy these at a bead store,or find an earring that works.

Length in the first, side-ways pic is better. I don’t see anything wrong with the shape of it at all.

hyzenthlay:  I think it looks better in the second pic but agree that a drop would suit the dress more

I’m afraid I don’t think the necklace matches at all- the choker style doesn’t match the neckline (it’s not because of the sweetheart but the sleeves I think making it almost a square neckline).  as you’ve noticed, but I think the rhinestones are too busy against the plainer material of the top of your dress. I’d get a less glitzy necklace that drops. I think this website is useful: http://mariellonline.net/2013/09/02/pick-the-right-necklace-for-your-wedding-dress/

hyzenthlay:  You can add a drop, as other bee said. Or get a necklace like this that is longer. I think this one sits too high on your neck.

I agree that a lariat or drop-style necklace would work better with your straps & neckline.  I do love the necklace you have (it’s gorgeous!), but I think the style you are preferring would better enhance your beautiful dress.

I do agree that the drop style would look better…and not that I am biased but I am trying to sell a Nadri set I bought for my wedding and never ended up wearing 😉

hyzenthlay:  The necklace in your picture is very similar to what I’m looking for, I think.  May I ask what it is or from where you purchased?

hyzenthlay:  Please do let me know if you decide to sell?  🙂  Thanks for the site, too, as I had not found that one yet!
