I just did a google search for wedding venue MN barn and a bunch of options popped up. I know there is a venue that looks like a red barn with a pond but I cannot think of the name for it. I'll let you know if I figure it out
Have you looked at the Earle Brown Heritage Center? It is just a few minutes from Minneapolis and I have heard wonderful things about it. Good Luck!

Hi everyone, new to this blog but I have been reading and there is some great info on here! I've been engaged for only a couple months and have been trying to find a barn to have our reception at. We live in the Twin Cities(West-Metro) MN and would love something around here but I have been searching like a mad-woman and nothing has moved me. I look in wedding magazines and all the barn weddings I have seen around our area are "private". I thought about posting on craig's list that we are looking to rent a private barn and will pay, but that could be a disaster. Any good ideas?
