This is just a thought, I would change the title of you post to “trash the dress” also you might not be getting any replys because as I have learned… people on here are extreamly sensitive and people who used those sites are most likey affended because that is where they got there real dresses not just there “trash the dress” dresses. Although I am not one of them and personally think your idea is great, you might be better off just searching for “knockoffs” and researching a bit!

Firstly…what does your dres look like?

Secondly…what about just buying a white dress to wear to jump into the water and then change back into your wedding gown….

I dont get why you are doing this to be honest…you are going to have to wear your hair wet andand makeup ruined for the rest of the night too?

I have several dresses.  I am going to wear one that I got for 100  for my TTD (not going in the water though), DB have some for 99 that have the same style as your dress.

Does it have to be the same dress for the rest of the night?  I’m not planning on trashing my dress, but I have a reception dress to change into, which looks different from my ceremony dress.  I’m a proud two dress bride!  My second dress is a Maggie sample that got discontinued.  I got it for $300 instead of the $1000 regular price.

I am a little confused.  Are you going back to your wedding with wet hair and ruined makeup a la previous poster comment?

I got a knock off from Trade Tang seller Dress 818.  It was amazing!  give them a go!

You might want to look into prom dresses or bridesmaids dresses for something inexpensive.

When are you fitting this in? Hope you’re doing this at the end of the day because it will probably take a while to clean up afterwards.
