Im also doing a jingle bell send off...However, my spin is a bit different. I am having a sign near the basket with the quote "everytime a bell rings an angel gets its wings." Then a brief tribute to my and FH deceased grandparents. On the bag I will have something like please ring the bells to summon the angels. Hope it helps!
I might say "Ring the bell TO wish them well" instead of "... AND wish them well", because it would seem to induce more bell ringing. :)

For our send-off I'm going to tie jingle-bells together with ribbon and attach a tag that says something about how they are supposed to ring the bells when we leave the reception.
So Bees....give it to me.....I need a cute saying that explains what to do with the bells...
