I went online and wasn't disappointed. Even if you don't like it, the price is so negligible compared to what you'd pay even at the least expensive shop (ie. David's Bridal).

I second Occansey Designs. They are super helpful--send them a pic of your dress and they can recommend which veil would look best, and they have a million gallery pics as well of veils that they've done.
I love etsy! I'm sure you could even search for someone local.
