- Wedding: March 2014 - Aliso Viejo Conference Center
I got engaged about a month and a half ago and am now in crazy workout mode for the wedding (next March). I am currently following a medically supervised weight loss program (Lindora). Basically low-fat, low-carb, high protein. In the past 5 weeks I have lost 23 pounds! Woohoo to that! Buuuut now I feel like my motivation is draining.
I have caught up with the reality that I want to lose about 80 more pounds……Currently I am working out every morning with my mom and trying to walk/do yoga/get exercise in at night also. I just need somebody (even a group for heaven’s sake!) to check in with. I know fellow Bees are in the same boat as me trying to get fit for “the dress”!
