I love Jen K Floral in Orange. She's not cheap, but I think Jen certainly gives brides the most bang for their buck. She's also really creative and super fun to work with!
I love Marissa @ Empora Floral. My budget was $6500 and I was able 2 get all my ceremony flowers. Plus she is a floral genius.
@christina_r: Sam's Club does centerpieces, bouquets, and bouts, most supermakets with a floral department are also a good option if you're on a tight budget. I've used my local Albertson's for birthday arrangements and have had no problem working with their floral dept recreating what I want. You should check those two options out.
I didn't want to spend a lot on flowers to I bought my own pieces. My space was big at Vibiana in LA and I only spent $1750 on flowers total.

Pocket full of petals in Huntington Beach its a small place and the owner annie is so helpful and sweet and will really work with ur budget!
I love our florist Jen from The Twisted Twig! I gave her our budget, showed her inspiration pictures, she asked us lots of questions then emailed us a proposal with lots of different options all within our budget!
