Via Spider's recommendation, our officiant was Pastor April Gismondi. She was fabulous! My husband is Catholic and I'm not religious. We got married in a garden, morning ceremony around 11:30am too.
Pastor April is wonderful - she is very accommodating and will tailor the ceremony exactly how you want it. I found reviews on her through liweddings.com if you haven't checked that out already.
Here's her webite information: http://churchofancientways.org/
Good luck!

Hello !
I'm in need of an officiant on Long Island. My fiance is roman catholic and I'm russian orthodox and he prefers a priest. We'd not getting married in a church, so that might be a problem. The wedding is at 11 30am
Any good suggestions?
Thanks ladies!
