… part of my STD! I’m thinking about doing it one way, which is a total departure from the way I was thinking about. It would be easier, but it would be more of a shabby chic look as opposed to a cleaner line. Let me know what you think!
Option A: lace folded over the top:
Option B: only on the front with the edges cleaned up (picture it, if you will, I was just folding the fabric around it for a demonstration.

I like the over the top approach…but I think I might bring it down flush with the bottom and just leave the sides exposed. That would center the barn a bit more.

over the top is my opinion too!

I agree wtih ggsb, over the top but reaching all the way to the bottom.

Over the top :-). I love the lace!

I’m torn between “over the top” and “you’re overthinking this”… =)

… I didn’t even think about what ggsb suggested! Dur. I like that idea. I think I’m also going to turn them so that they open like a normal card instead of opening up.
Ha, I know I’m probably overthinking this… no worries, though, it just means I really care. And I know that I’m not the only one of WB that overthinks things.

Nothing wrong with a little overthinking! I always overthink things, and I would want it no other way!

How many are you making? I think save the dates are generally more simple, this might be a good idea for part of the invitation. I like option A better of these. You are very creative…like the barn! Is it where you’re getting married?

Um, I’m making 100. I know, I know. It’s a bit much for a STD but, well, everything is cut out now, so they just have to be assembled!!! I’m super excited about them, though!

I agree – over the top and all the way to the bottom! They’re super cute – I can’t wait to see the finished product!!!
