last time i was at target, the clearance isle had the print it yourself invites on clearance for $25. it came with the main card and response with envelopes.
You can get postcards printed as invitations and response cards through Vistaprint- if you sign up for their emails, you will get all sorts of offers for free postcards. You would just have to pay for shipping.
we ended up doing evite for responses and mailed out rehearsal dinner cards that were diy with cardstock and stamps. I've had rehearsal dinner invites emailed to me before via evite, as well. That was the cheapest method that I've seen.

What's a good place to order affordable rehearsal dinner inviations. I probably wont' have time for DIY. We will also need a response card, because we need to give the restaurant a count of dishes that we would like served. We will probably need about 40 invites and I'm hoping to spend around the $100.
