A lot of Jackson Five music is popular at weddings "We are Family" is a good one. I too think that booty music is out of place at weddings.
We are definitely playing We Are Family. I'll look into Jackson Five also!
any other suggestions?
My taste is a bit eclectic, but maybe you'll be able to get some ideas from my list:

Okay, so FI and I are country buffs. I love folk, rock, and older stuff like Paul Simon, Tom Petty, The Stones, etc... We're also incorporating some big band and popular oldies.
Unfortunately I'm not a huge music buff, and need help with my playlist. I don't think we'll have a ton of people dancing (daytime wedding with a typically older guest list) I really dislike music that is blatantly sexual in nature. So a lot of popular dance songs are out.
I need suggestions for good dance songs that I won't be embarrassed to play in front of my grandmother or my little niece. Help! Thanks!
