It has only been a few days that I learned I was pregnant, and between setting up doctors appointments, feeling ill, and just down right worrying if everything is going to be ok it hasn’t given me a lot of time for the good news to really sink in yet and be connected to this experience….
So, I thought it would be fun if you bees could post 1. I really cute picture of your baby 2. A really great memory that you’ve had so far with your kid. I can use some positivity during my first trimester (I’m bracing myself for how adorable this thread will be) 🙂

@FruitBasket: You are welcome and for best memory so far has to be the first time he said momma. His first word was dada. But when he said momma I cried!

I haven’t had my baby quite yet, I am 28 weeks pregnant, but I can tell you that you are in for the most amazing and the most difficult journey of your life and I haven’t even gotten to the birth yet!! Feeling your baby move for the first time and finding out the sex if you choose to and seeing that beautiful little black and white baby on a screen is so heart filling, you will be amazed. I love this little girl more than words can say and she isn’t even here yet!
Congratulations and good luck on your journey!

@FruitBasket: I am almost 12 weeks and we just heard the heartbeat. I did not expect it to be so amazingly awesome, I mean it’s just a noise, but it was incredible! Congrats to you and good luck, it will get more real. Now I am looking forward to the first ultrasound and feeling movement, and getting a preggo belly!

OOOOH can i play? My son is without a doubt THE MOST GORGEOUS BOY EVER!! sorry but he just is!!
This is him the day after birth at just 35 weeks and weighing 4lb5oz, he had jaundice really bad so he had to go in here, his head was the size of an orange!!
This is him at 3 weeks old, that dummy is bigger than his face!!
Look at that face!! He really is gorgeous isnt he?
Learning to crawl, this stage didnt last long before he was walking but it was so cute.
This is him when he was 2 and a half, still adorable as ever and as they get older they get even funnier/cuter.
This is him in the summer, he was 4 and a half, hes almost 5 now. Proof that he gets even cuter as time goes on he is my whole world and i couldnt imagine life without him. I was so scared when i got pregnant with him but once they are here it all melts away.

@FruitBasket: Congrats! We had an unplanned pregnancy so I definitely went through the shock/not excited phase as well. However, once we had our first ultrasound at 8 weeks for a dating scan, I fell in love with the idea.
As time went on, I started to fall more for the idea of having a little one around. And then once we had the anatomy scan and found out we were having a girl, it became real and we started to love the idea anymore. That was 4 weeks ago, and now I can’t WAIT to meet our little girl in May!
It’s definitely a shock, it’s a huge life change! but soon enough you will feel connected and won’t be able to wait to meet your little one!
Oh, and here’s my picture haha. It’s the profile shot from our anatomy scan. 🙂
