I think yours looks great as is, very simple & clear, the only thing I would add would be the # attending at the bottom, in case you invite a family & only the parents are coming, or a couple & only 1 of the 2 are coming.  I think it’s very straightforward though!

The second one seems like it would give you more peace of mind and make it easier if you are doing escort cards.

My response cards state “names” instead of “m” simply because I wanted to avoided confusion.  The m looks more formal, but I’ve heard horror stories of people not understanding what to write there.

I also agree that you should have a spot for the number attending.

If you’re unsure what people are going to do, I would use the second.

I changed my M to Name(s) because I knew FIs family have never really been to a ‘real’ wedding and wouldn’t know what to do.

The only other suggestion I have is maybe changing Can’t Come to Can’t Make It… for some reason it just flows better to me.

Good luck!

@MissKatelyn: I did Name(s)______________________ then ___ seat(s) have been reserved in your favor (or honor, I forget which) then I did _____ of ____ attending. I filled in the second ___ with the number of seats I reserved for the person. Then I used invisible ink to number the cards just in case someone forgot to add their names!
