I found this dress online and tried it on at Davids Bridal. I absolutely love the dress, the only problem is that in the pictures I think it may draw to much attention to my stomach (my problem area). I have showed my pictures to a couple friends and a few family members and no one has come out and said this to me. I am not sure if I am looking to into it because I am very critical of myself or if everyone else just does not want to hurt my feelings. I do not want to buy a dress and then find out in my wedding pictures that it was not flattering.
I am also not sure if I lose some weight if the dress would look better in my stomach area or if the problem is actually in the roushing (spelling ??) of the dress.
I am looking for some honest feedback.

You’ll be fine. If you’re worried, put on some Spanx and ass a sash! I think the dress makes your waist look smal because the focus is on your hips and neckline.

Did you take any other pictures of you in this dress? Maybe with different lighting or angles? Unfortunately, before reading what you wrote, my eyes were drawn to your stomach area. I think it is because it appears that the dress tapers back in where your hands are (unless that is an illusion). It is clearly fitted in your waist, which is great. The rest of the gown should float away from your body to hide any tummy issues. Did you try it on with any undergarments such as Spanx? Us curvy ladies have to make it work!! I hope things work out for you – you will be a beautiful bride no matter what!
