I would keep it very natural and organic- mostly greens and white for flowers, bare wood tables with only a runner, if anything,- pehaps a kraft paper runner, lots of candles,  no pomanders, lanterns hanging from the ceiling. If you really want ceiling decor and there is enough ceiling height, I would hang branches parallel to the ceiling with mini lights attached.

Beautiful venue! OP, what time of year are you getting married? It seems very Autumn with deep burgundy tablescloths, gold accents, and candle centerpieces with champagne/blush details perhaps, so it’s not too dark. Nothing stark white or modern because it’s a more woody/rustic feel/vintage. Love the twinkle lights

I think I would just add more candles and laterns. I think flowers would feel “forced” in the space. I think it can be very romantic let relaxed by not competing with the exposed brick. Adding up lighting or drapping is okay, but I think you would start to lose the charm of the space quickly and go from warm and comfrotable to over produced.

Beautiful venuw!!! I would add some more lights but like candles make it feel romantic. But keep the decor simple the space is very lovely by itself.

Wanted to add, since it’s a brewery it would be cool to incorporate beer (or wine) bottles into the decor, like use them as candle holders or bud vases for a few stems. And a big chalkboard sign with the menu, or a cute saying like “today on tap, the wedding of…”
