I had my hair trial last weekend. I don’t have the pics from right after it was done, but this one was about two hours later (it was also my bachelorette party ) I liked it in person but I am not loving it in pictures. I really think I want to go with all down and looser curls so I can tuck it behind my ears if some of the front curls relax, as they did.
And here is something I just did tonight playing around. I used a bigger curling iron. Obviously if my stylist did it I think she could get a better, fuller curl.
So what do you think?? Which type of look works better? The half up on was pinned up with a little twist on the side (ugh wish I had the other pics!)

I think they both look good, but you need to go with what makes you feel the most comfortable because that’s what will look best. I think the first one may be better because it will be out of your face all night, but neither one is bad!

I llke the first one BUT I think you’re right. The ringlets are too tight, they need to be bigger and looser. But very pretty!

I really love the half up half down but agree that they curls are a bit too tight. I think if those curls are done a but looser and bigger but with your hair still half up half down, it would be amazingly gorgeous.

I liked it half up half down, perhaps with slightly looser curls. Does your hair hold curls really well? My hair gets all funny in summer time and the curls relax really quickly. Basically, just keep in mind how your hair might react to the weather the day of.

I prefer the looser curls. You can still do that half up though if you wanted to. It just looks softer than the ringlets.

I think my hair will hold the curls pretty well. It’s naturally curly and I can usually get ringlets to last all night without losing their curl.
So if I want to do the looser curls, maybe even still half up should I do another hair trial? I hesitate only because I live an hour and a half from the salon. But I’m think it would be a good idea…? How many trials did you do (or are you planning to do?)

I liked the first photo a lot 🙂

#1…The half up with tighter curls looks more formal than the looser, casual curls.
