I don’t get headaches often *knock on wood* and it’s usually just when I’m hungover haha, but usually a solid nap does me well!

Hope you feel better!

Try putting ice on your neck too!  I find that my headaches always come from my neck, so helping the pain there helps my head a bit too.  Also try some pressure points!  http://www.naturalblaze.com/2013/05/6-ways-to-relieve-headaches-with.html

Also, make sure to drink lots of water!  Maybe a cup of hot tea too?  I hope you feel better!

Ziggy2112 :  is your headache from sinus/allergy issues by chance? If so, I swear by advil cold and sinus. I am going through day 7 of bad strep throat and sinus infections that left my with a massive headache, and the advil cold and sinus cured it in literally 30 minutes… i was shocked, and thankful.

Look up ‘stretches for tension headaches’ on YouTube. I find that stretching my neck out (plus codeine) is the only thing that works on my chronic headaches. Massage actually makes them worse!

Ziggy2112 :  Tylenol doesn’t do anything for me. The only thing I find that cracks through a bad headache is 2 aspirin and a cup of strong coffee. Depending on if I have time I might add a short nap too.

Small cup of coffee for caffeine. Tons of water. 3 Advil or other ibuprofen

Ziggy2112 :  YAY!!! Great news 🙂 Sometimes a headache can stem from a congested sinus- I never really thought to take it until my doctor told me to yesterday morning. It worked so quickly too.

F Tylenol. Aleve and a Diet Coke always works for me.
