@LauraLT: I think you can jazz these up. I would not return them, that is an amazing deal!! :D
Personally, I think they are great as is but if you want to jazz them up I would add a broach to front of them! I think that would add some bling and look great!!! Here is an example of one that might work
You can get "cheap" broaches at Clairs or even Davids Bridal if you are watching a budget...

I got these shoes at DSW yesterday for only $23. They are comfy and match my dress (pick looks silver but they are actually a diamond white). But, they are plain. Any ideas on how to jazz them up? I was thinking a chiffon flower shoe clip and then maybe rhinestoning the heel.... just not sure. I think what's throwing me off are the criss cross parts over the top of the foot - any ideas for those?
Should I just return them and keep looking?
