Weddingbee boards

I am in some need of suggestions. My best friend is getting married on May 26, 2012. We just found out before Thanksgiving that we're pregnant! So if I did the math correctly I will be 32 weeks at the time of her wedding. We hadn't ordered the dresses yet, but now there is alot of stress! The bride wants everybody to look somewhat alike, which I don't blame her. The issue is: 1) I'll be 32 weeks. 2) BM #2 will have a 10 week old baby 3) BM #3 is trying to concieve also. 3 of the other bridesmaids have already ordered thier dresses.

This is the dress that she originally wanted and 3 BM already ordered. When I went to the store to get the dress ordered, the consultant recomended that I not do this. She thought the hem would be way too short once I got my baby bump in there. She suggested the maternity dress that comes in the same fabric and color. The bride didn't so much like the maternity dress becuase it was a little plain and didn't really match the other girls. So she found this dress instead:

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar situation. My mom does alot of altering, but even she is a little unsure of this. This dress looks awesome on the skinny model, but I don't think its going to look the same on a 32 week prego BM. Not really sure what to do at this point! I know we need to get the dresses ordered pretty soon! Any advice???
