    Hi Everyone!

Just wondering if anyone has ever used, is using, or been to a wedding where Chef's Expressions or Linwood's were the caterers?  My fiance and I are having our wedding at Evergreen and are between these 2 caterers and really can't make up our mind!  Please help!

    Thanks!

We're having our wedding at Linwoods on Saturday! They've been absolutely wonderful to deal with, and the food is really fantastic. But things may be different for on- and off-premise catering, so I couldn't say how they might be off-site.

Linwoods is catering our wedding in 2 weeks at Evergreen! We love their food, and their service, and had a lot of fun working on the menu with them. Will let everyone know how it goes on the big day but they have been awesome and food to match!

Just to complete my review -
We got married last weekend and had our reception at Linwoods. I heard from many, many guests that Linwoods was the best wedding food they had ever tasted (and I absolutely agree!!!). My husband is vegetarian, and it was important to us that our menu items weren't the typical after-thought vegetarian options. Linwoods worked with us in creating a menu that was delicious, interesting, and had mostly vegetarian options. I can also tell you that our meat-eating guests didn't notice the lack of meat, since everything tasted so good, even though only 2 (out of ~10) passed appetizers and 1 (out of 4) "main" dishes was non-vegetarian. We did 2 stations, and everything tasted amazing.
Linwoods also has excellent, excellent service - we never needed to worry about anything. They took care of every last detail, even taking care of a guest that had drunk too much, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I'm not sure how much coordinationg/service they'd offer to you off-site, but I can honestly say that I do not have a single bad thing to say about them!! Let me know if you have specific questions -

I have been a lurker but am now full-speed-ahead on planning and had the same question--PLUS we met with Great Expectations! Any other thoughts would be great!
