Ooooh those are beautiful! Did you design them youself? I have to say I love all 3. Gosh I really don't know which one I would pick. Maybe Option 2? Or 3? Or 1? I don't think you can go wrong with either. If it were me I would write 1, 2, and 3 on pieces of paper and pull one out of a hat. Good luck!
Yeah, I pretty much designed these myself. I found a leaf and flower design I liked on istockphoto and then pretty much ripped it apart! I didn't have time to draw the whole thing from scratch in Illustrator so I wanted to use pre-made pieces. I replaced all the flowers with clovers (to up the irishness!)
I have matching STD's that I am printing on magnet paper.
I agree with Vyeta, but I still like #2 best. It's the least busy of the three but I love the dots on #1. Regardless, you did a great job designing them yourself.
omg those are great, I have been trying to find non cheesy irish wedding invites I love #2 I wish I was that creative are you willing to send your template
jennred, I can send you a template. What kind of file do you want?? I created them because we wanted a touch of irish on the invites and all the ones I found were over the top.
I also have to say I get a completely different feel after I print them out. number one isn't really that dark. The background is 20% shade of the darker color and it prints out a sort of antique like color and really makes the copy frame pop! My FH likes the simplicity of number 2.
My FH and I are having trouble deciding (agreeing) on an invitation design. So, I'd thought I'd ask the bees for help!!
Option #1
Option #2
Option #3
Well, What do you think?? The invitation will be printed on a natural white paper and be part of an pocket invitation

Option #3

posted by irishgirl 54 posts 3 months agoNumber 3 is the prettiest and most original imo. Number 2 seems to echo a lot of the designs I have already seen. Number 1 is too dark.
