I am filling out paperwork for my photographer and one of the forms asks for my wedding colours and Theme. My colours are pink(my dress is pink) light grey and charcoal grey… However I never really thought of a theme! My ceremony is outside son a golf course and the reception is in the golf course. Anyone have any ideas that would fit with a pink dress?

You don’t necessarily need to have a “theme”. I think your colors are very soft and romantic — maybe you can play off of that somehow? Garden themed?

@Mint2Bee: Pretty color scheme! I don’t know how helpful this will be, but when envisioning those colors, pearls stand out. Then the word swirls popped up… Pearls and Swirls? It would be original for sure and there are so many ways to decorate with both Good luck!

@Mint2Bee: Have you chosen your centerpieces, table numbers, linens etc.?
As the pp has said, you don’t really need a theme, but it can help make decisions to give a cohesive look.
If you already have your look, and just want help naming it, tell us about your choices.

@Mint2Bee: Totally off topic, but I”d love to see you post a picture of that dress! I adore colored dresses, especially pink and blush.

Pretty in Pink? Preppy Pink? I mean you can basically take any theme and make it pink – nautical, country, romantic, rustic…
It entirely depends on your personality – have you thought of decorations? That would make or break your theme…
