OK Bees, I trust you so here is a dress poll!! I really have only a few weeks to left to make a decision, and have actually found this process overwhelming and frustrating rather than fun. So, here are a few (5) dresses I found, but have trouble choosing between! Some obviously photograph a little differently (better/worse than in person), but overall let me know what you think!
In no particular order:
Dress # 1: Amsale "Peyton" silk/satin modified Aline (with added sash--- color can/would be changed, and added flower, which again could be changed, but you get the idea)
Dress # 2: Christos "Liana" modified trumped; intricately beaded top, organza sash with bow (sash/bow can be thinned or tacked back to dress); Looks more Ivory in person.
Dress #3: Jenny Lee Style 913: Silk/Satin fitted modified Aline; lace to top and peeks under bottom; Bottom has pickups.
Dress #4: Amsale Cecily: Silk Organza, with ruffled top and detail to bodice, sash and jeweled accent (sash can be ivory or any color)
Dress # 5: Anne Barge Dress; Silk Satin Slender to form dress; Has detailing on bodice and also at hem.
i can understand why you have found it frustrating - you are beautiful in ALL of them!
I don't see pics either. Can you also tell us a little more about the setting of the wedding? Beach, garden, etc.
No poll up yet, but #1 and #5 are my favorites... I'm loving the deeper color on you too! I can't decide if I like one or five best... It's going to be really tough between the two of those!
1 is my favorite. I don't like that the other ones have seams down the front (I think it makes them look poor quality). I also think 1 does the most justice to your figure.
I like #1 a lot, but might like it better with a sweetheart neckline, similar to the Amsale Tyler (I'm obsessed with that dress!). Have you tried that one?
I also love #3, and I usually HATE pickups. But I love the the silhouette of the dress is really slim, and the lace at the bust gives it an unusual touch.
I also like #5 a lot, but I"m not sure of the shape...does it go in like that behind you because it's clipped? or is that how it's suppose dto be? I love the top of it.
I agree with Hilsy in that I normally hate pickups, but I like the way #3 looks on you. I also like #5
i like #5, it's really classy and elegant and looks great on you.
I think that #1 is my favorite. You look really beautiful in it and the shape is really flattering.
#5 is my 2nd runner up.
I like #5 the best, for a combination of the dress being pretty and elaborate, and showing your figure well.
i actually really love #4 on you!! it's totally my taste though. clean, modern and still feminine. My 2nd fave would be #5. You look great in them all though!
Oh wow!!! you look so pretty on all of them, but if i have to vote I will vote for #3 and then for #5...

When I saw #5 my reaction was ... aha! perfect!
For numbers 1 to 4 it was mostly "she can do better..."
If you are having that hard of a time... maybe you should keep looking.
1 and 5 are by far the best! 5 is more modern looking and 1 is more of a classic look. goodluck, you look great!
I went through your pictures 3 times and thought #5 first, but I changed m y mind and really believe #1 is your dress! Please let us know what you decide!

sulai211: It is at a formal site (grand mansion overlooking water) however ceremony will be outdoors overlooking the water (but not like a beach or anything-- it is very elegant). The indoor is a grand and intricate ballroom.
hilsy85: I love the tyler too! Yes I tried it and was sooo close to getting it, however it really didn't cover my bust area well and the thought of the custom alterations "probably coming out right" made me nervous. Yes, the shape on #5 is clipped-- they are all clipped. But #5 is really a narrow silhouette-- It fits like a glove however I wasn't sure if it had that "special something" for a bride, ya know?
I think they're ALL beautiful!
#4 is my favorite, followed closely by #3.
All of the dresses look great on you, but my favorites are 1 and 5!
I really like #3 on you. After that, I would say #1. I think I agree with you about #5--not really sure if it has that "special something", although most other people that have posted like that dress the best on you.
It's between 1 and 5! I love them on you.
You look gorgeous in either one. Maybe you can decide based on fit with your venue, price, mom (even...fiance?)?

Given that #5 is just clipped in this pic and you said it has a slender silhouette, I think I would go for #5. I love love the detailingon the bust. I think it's elegant and formal without being fussy or overdone at all. I personally love slender silhouettes, especially when you have such a great figure--you should show it off! I think the beading and the detailing gives it the "something special".
I like 1, 3, and 5 but number 1 is my favorite. I love the bow :)
