Need help – estimate of mixes

@papercrafter:  Let’s say, bare minimum, 1 drink per person, per hour.  So that’s 77×9=693 drinks total.  Double that for a more generous estimate of 1 drink per person per 30 minutes (which will likely be way overboard).

Count up the number of cans, juice boxes, and 8 oz servings of pink lemonade.

Is that 5 cases of Sprite, 5 cases of 7 up, or 5 cases total of both of them mixed?  The other thing is that you can supplement it with big 2-gallon things of spring water… you know, the ones with the little spouts.  That, on top of what you’ve bought, is plenty.

Ah, gotcha.  If you estimate 3-5 alcoholic drinks per drinker, that should work.  The trick is, if you run out, you run out and they’ll drink something else.  Maybe imagine 50-50 beer and mixed drink people, since you already have wine with dinner.
