Hello!
I need some help--I've gone dress shopping a few times and am going again this weekend! I haven't found "the one" yet. I'm hoping you ladies can help me with a few things.
First, which dress do you like best on me? Why?
Second, do you have any other suggestions for other dresses?
p.s. Please ignore the stuff in my hair, I don't know what I want to do with that yet, the sales lady just kept handing me stuff!
I appreciate your help. I really want to find a dress soon! =)
I think dress 1 and 2 look great on you. What kind of wedding are you having? Location/theme?
I voted for dress #2. it makes your waist look so tiny. The the style of it is so romantic, I love it.
I think 3 looks beautiful on you, I think the v-neck is so flattering
We're having a church wedding with our reception at a golf club. We're trying to go for a very festive feel. Nothing too formal. I definitely want something that I will be able to dance around in all night!
I liked #2, with #1 being the second choice. Which one do you like?
Are the first two pictures (short dress) the same dress?
First, I LOVE the short dress on you, it is too cute! But if you want a long dress, I think that 4th dress is really lovely, the shape & sweetheart neckline really flatters your figure & gives you a great hourglass shape!
Hmm...well I think I like #2 the best now. It's very flattering on you!
@ AnnieAAA, yes the first 2 pics are the same one...I thought I attached a different pic...oops!
Thanks for your help ladies! It's great to get a fresh opinion on this!
I like 2 and 3 the best. I think they accucuate and bring focus to the best parts of you!
I also like 2 and 3 the best. Can't decide between those two. Do you prefer straps or strapless? Or do you have a preference?
@honeybun--I've been thinking straps just because I don't want to keep tugging at the dress all night but I realized that I really like the sweatheart neckline too. So I guess I'd prefer straps but I'm not 100% against strapless!
I like the idea of #4 but I think the bottom is a funny length and is a bit too flared. My favorite is #2, it flatters you really well. #3 - It looks good but for some reason didn't really scream wedding dress to me.
I like that #1 isn't strapless
I like that #2 flatters your waist
I like the v-neck on #3
I like the flirtiness of #4
Maybe you just look good in all sorts of wedding dresses!
I LOVE the V-Neck dress (3rd Picture). That's my Favorite. My Second Favorite is probably the strapless sweetheart. However I may be biased because I tried that one on & Loved it too :) I VOTE V NECK!!
Love that v-neck dress on you (I think it's dress #3?). It think it's the most flattering on you and makes you look super slendar.
I voted for 3, it's the most flattering IMO - although they all look good :) I also think you look great in the tea-length dress.
They're all cute, but I think I like #3 best on you. I like the neckline on you.
I like dress 3 the best on you. I think it is the most flattering and fits your figure the best. Love the neckline as well
#1 accentuates your chest too much, but this you may like, who knows... lol.
#2 Is my fave, but thats probably b/c its strapless
#3 looks great too!
#4 the length does nothing for you
I like #1 and #2. They both look great on you. #2 is super sexy (you have a great body for this sillhouette!), but #1 is really nice too... although mandalee might be right; it may emphasize your chest too much.
I say go with #2. It's fantastic on you.
eh? #4 and #5 are of the same photo?
my vote was for #2! you look so elegant and sophisticated in it! but i also love you in #4, very cute dress!
I think that #1 and #2 are the same unless I'm seeing wrong. They're cute but I'm not really sure if they're really appropriate for a church wedding. I think they would be better suited for the rehearsal dinner. I'm not sure if I really like the V shape in #3 and I'm not fond of the last dress, which seems a bit too informal. #4 I think is the best. Can you try on dresses that are more A-lined? They are supposed to flatter every figure and I hear that dresses with rouching are also great for most figures as well.
