Flowers By Allie was pretty reasonable( in fullerton) - they were going to give me a LOT for my budget. We ultimately went with a family friend, but I was super impressed with them.
if you want to get crafty, hit up the flower driscrt in la or even your local Trader Joesor check out costco in store or online and get flowers and put bouquets together yourslef, iave heard of other DIYing the flowers, or the florest at select albertsons or vons do good work. where in Claremont are you getting married? at the double tree? Im a claremont bride at padua and am using Carols Secret Garden.
Call Jacob Maarse in Pasadena and ask for Dennis (he coordinates the weddings). They were great at working with my budget.
@AshleyB: I thought about going to the flower district but I also don't want to be trying to make my bouquet days before the wedding and my budget isn't that small ($500) for the bouquets and boutonnieres. We're getting married at the Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden. We looked at Padua, it was really pretty.
I would contact Marisa @ Empora Floral Artisty, www.emporaflora.com. She is a truly gifted artist and made the most beautiful bouquets for my wedding. Also she's very reasonable.
Try Vissers in Anaheim, they have reasonable prices.

I'm getting married in Claremont, CA and the venue we selected provides all the flowers for the centerpieces. I need to find a florist for all the bouquets (me and my 4 bridesmaids) and maybe some flowers for ceremony decorations. I'm on a pretty tight budget though. The florist that the venue uses quoted me a price above my budget just for the bouquets (over $600). Let me know if you know of anyone pretty reasonable. Thanks.
