I'm in the same boat, looking for a cream/ivory dress shirt for my fi and the best man. It doesn't help that they need tall shirts since they are 6'6" and 6'8". I have not had much luck either. I am finding either stark white or a darker almost beige color. I've been looking at the department stores, Mens Wearhouse, etc...
I foun the perfect color at Jos. A Bank. It's very light cream (my dress is a real light ivory - almost looks white until it's next to white). However, the shirt has a pocket and he would prefer not to have one. I did find a site that carries them without pockets (and now I can't find it! It was a British company) but I'm not sure if the color would match and the quality
I would try Thomas Pink. It's expensive but they always have tons of colors.

Does anyone know where I could find an ivory dress shirt without pockets? I've been looking everywhere for them and have not had any luck with the ivory
