Above is a current picture of me. I have lost a few pounds through eating healthier but I feel as if I dont see a physical change in my body from losing the weight though. My stomach and muffin top area is especially frustrating me. I have a trip to Florida booked at the enD of June, so in less than 2 months I am going to be on the beach. Any suggestions on how to lose belly fat fast?
(sorry if the picture is so big, I uploaded from my iphone)

I think you look fine tbh. What kind of diet/exercise do you do? I did strength training mixed with cardio between weight sets (think burpees and jumping jacks) at the gym for 1 month with a group and I lost a lot of fat. The diet was restrictive, but it definately worked.

chelles07: Eating healthier only makes you lose weight, which will essentially just give you a smaller version of what you had before. So, you still have all the same flaws, they are just a little smaller, if that makes sense. I also don’t think you need to lose anymore. In order to actually “transform” your body, you need to do a little cardio and quite a bit of strength training (and eat clean!). I do it 3-4x a week for maintenance, but about 6x a week when I am trying to make a big impact.
With a lot of dedication, two months is a pretty decent chunk of time to see some results!

chelles07: I think you look great–and I LOVE your suit!! I live in FL and am a regular in Daytona and I promise you that you have nothing to worry about. The only advice I can give you is to add strength training/toning exercises to your healthy eating lifestyle but honestly you look fine!

You seriosuly look great, but I am also extremely critical on myslef so I totally get it! I’d suggest doing a program so you can follow along with specific workouts each day to lead you up to your vaca. I personally love Insanity by beachbody (which a ton of bee’s have been posting about!) and saw the biggest improvement in my tummy area. Here are more Insanity reviews-http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/insanity-workout-reviews.do but in a nutshell it uses HIIT workouts and the instructor Shaun T is the best It’ll definitely get you to where you want to be!
