Weddingbee boards

so fiance and i dont want to do the traditional table numbers- 1-21. so we made the reception kinda theme with cars... table "numbers" are names of cars muscle cars and hot rods, we got couple songs that have car names in it--daddy took the t bird away.ect.. now to do the escort name cards... should we do a poster and have each car name branched off with guests names under neath. or should we have a frame 8x10 saying "cruise in and find your ride" and then have  5x7 sheets with each table name and the guests list under that. or should it be individual folded cards with name and table.. what is the easiest for guests to find their name and table placement so its not a mod pog of people at a table before you enter the reception area?

i started working on 5x8 table names with the rsvped guests  i dont know if i like the look of it.. im waiting on cardstock that matches my invites.(i ordered a nonworded sample pair-just has the design off of 123print. so once that comes ill scan it in and add it too all my "paper crafts--candy bar signange,table names, escort sheets/cards... i dont know if i want to do individual cards cause that might be alot of work--220 if everyone comes...  argh i dont know
