I would try IKEA or Michael's with a coupon for the frames and a heavy vellum for the paper. You may want to buy a few different weights of vellum paper for testing to see which works best for your printer as well as a good level of transparency!

That looks super cute and simple!! You could probably use inexpensive frames from Michaels or dollar store, spray paint "Your color" and then adhese them together!! And put an LED tealight in the center! Thanks for sharing this idea! SO AWESOME!
