Hi! I have been around and around trying to find a ring I looove! I know I want a halo, rose gold and something “antiquey” so I settled on the Eng 220. I have a size 7.5 finger. My questions are:
1) Does anyone have this ring or any of that series in rose gold? Did it look nice?
2) What size stone should I put in the middle? I was thinking a 6.5 or 7. I don’t want gaudy but I do want it to be noticed.
3) I love champagne pink and barely pink stones. Are the peachy pink stones from MoissCo nice? Can you see it in the Eng 220a? Should I just go with a regular stone?
Thanks in advance for your help! My brain is smoking with all the combinations and the mister just wants me to pick something already! We are kind of on a time crunch since we will be eloping in a month and then having a ceremony next year.

Try the Better than Diamonds forum, which generally has a lot more photos, and search there. You can also try using Wedding Bee’s search function to search for things like “peachy pink moissy” or the “Eng 220”. And sometimes you can luck out with Google image searches.

Thanks Trilly. I’ve searched here but no luck finding it in the rose gold. I will check out the other place you mentioned.

That ring looks very similar to mine, but mine isn’t a moissy or rose gold. My setting is from Gabriel&Co.

RaeCam104: Keep in mind that most people haven’t seen rose gold in real life and ask things like, “What is that metal? Is that copper?” or will just assume it’s copper. It kinda stinks, but it’s an uncommon gold tone to see outside of ring forums.

countingstars: Yeah that was my first reaction when I first started ring shopping. I didn’t think it was copper but I didn’t know what it was. I’m kind of one of those nerdy people who is known for thinking outside of the box so people will probably think it suits me.
The guys at the jewelry store tried to talk me out of rose gold because they said it was trendy now but that it would look dated in 20 years. I responded by letting them know that I am the girl walking around in 50’s dresses so that would be perfect for me. lol
