I have a 1.34ct princess cut solitaire and I originally wanted an eternity band. What would be an appropriate size band for the stone. I don’t want to look too bulky. I’ve already received negative feedback that my solitaire is too “big” For my size 4.5 finger. Please post photos of your set!

- Wedding: A very pretty church.
I would go plain with something so (proportionally) large, let that rock speak for itself

Taiki: Thank you for the reply! you’re absolutely right about letting the stone speak for itself.

I agree completely!! That stone is beautiful, adding too much might be more of a distraction. Let it shine alone, i say.

I have a princess cut a little over a carat and I went with the eternity band! I think they look great together. So I would say do it. Amazing ring by the way!! its a great size.
I did end up getting my band a little bit smaller then I though i would before because I didn’t want to over power my diamond but its one carat total.

DisneyKb: Thank you! I’ve always imagined my perfect ring as a princess cut solitaire with an eternity band. I will definitely try my ring with a 1ct eternity band And weigh my options. It might be perfect for me!

You can go with a thin eternity band or an engraved band If you like them. Gorgeous ring BTW.

Leanneproeun: I think your ring looks perfect on your finger.i have a princess cut solitaire with a half eternity band and love it with the plain band of my ering but I also think with such a beautiful diamond as yours a plain band would look gorgeous as well.have fun and try both on

I would vote for 1/2 CT eternity band. Or possibly 1 ct. Beautiful ring and I love plain band ering with eternity bands.
