Its outdoors; weather has been a little unpredictable lately. My friend said its not formal. outdoors as long as weather is permitting.
I bought this black and white dress last week and liked it when I bought it; tried it on tonight and absolutely hate it.
The white top and khakis are way more my style. super comfy ill dress it up with jewelry though.
anyway…. which do u like better?
The back of this white top is lace-halfway down to shoulder blades.

I would go with the khaki outfit, mainly bc that’s what you feel more comfortable in. They both look very nice though and would be suitable for her nonformal wedding 🙂

it might depend on if the wedding is casual or not. if it is a casual wedding the kackis are fine, but I would probably go with the dress, it is super cute

I would probably go with the dress. The khakis remind me of work attire.

I know that the wedding is informal, but the khakis and shirt look a bit *too* casual in the picture you posted.
BUT they are fine as a foundation–you just need something to kick them up a bit. I would suggest a blazer or switching out the tie on the shirt for a belt (if you can).

LOVE the first outfit! Seriously, wear that!

I think the dress is really cute, but if you hate it and will be uncomfortable, then dont’ wear it. Just dress up the shirt and khaki’s with a nice jacket or jewelry or something.

@bothcoasts: Thats what I am afraid of! I dont want to be undressed. Im guessing alot of people will be fancy lol.
I like the way the dress looks in pics; I just dont feel it looks that good in person lol. The dress is comfortable, Maybe I will like it once I add my jewelry to it.

The dress 10000000000000000000000%! It’s super cute
I too feel the khakis are too casual and lacks a sense of occasion

The dress is pretty, but its got a lot of white in it.. You wouldn’t want to take away from the bride, no matter how informal the wedding is.

you should wear the dress… its better to be over dressed than under dressed! Even if its a non-formal wedding its respectful to wear something nice…
