I bought my dress about a month ago. Its Mori Lee 1602. I want to remove the flower by the skirt and instead add a sash/belt. I need help choosing what kind of sash. These are not neccessarily the sashes I would get but similiar. Does anyone one have any other ideas. I would love to see/hear them.

I voted rhinestone, because it’s so elegant and will compliment the dress instead of stealing the spotlight…

I like the first one, the white floral, because it’s a little bit more romantic than the others… but maybe I just like flowers a lot 🙂

I voted rhinestone because I feel that, while beautiful, the white/ivory floral sash would distract from the floral embelishment near the flare. Your dress is beautiful!

I voted rhinestone… I’m a sucker for sparkly bling!

I absolutely love the first one!

I like the floral one, but given that the body of the dress has layers of fabric, it might not look so great together. I voted for the rhinestone one. I think it’ll add a little sparkle elegance to your dress. Just my opinion. 🙂

What “feel” are you going for? and what kind of wedding are you having? Because I think that would influence my vote.

@babybumblebee: I want a romantic vintage look. I am wearing a birdcage veil and pearls for jewelry. I am also undecided on wearing red shoes. I really love the Diana sash, but can’t afford it. I think the black would make a statement but not sure if it would go well with the red shoes.

I am partial to the black sash. I think black looks so stunning on wedding dresses.
You should wear black shoes too!

I voted for the floral, but I also like the idea of a rhinestone belt with that dress.

Where did you find option 1 at? I have the same dress and am looking for a sash to match the ivory/white color.

@Droid: I got all those off etsy.com. I went with a custom black one from Yaneth and Co. Great Lady and Easy to work with.
